Homewise is a specialized service offered by True Inmobiliaria in collaboration with local Credit Union Partners to assist their credit union Members in purchasing or selling a home.

The program is designed to provide the best resources, guidance, and professionals in the industry to make the home buying or selling experience a success for Members.

One of the primary benefits of Homewise is the ability to offer rebates. Credit union Members can apply these rebates, ranging from $2,500 up to $6,500* towards closing costs, down payment assistance, or rate buy-downs (when permitted by loan programs), thus creating tremendous saving opportunities.

In addition to rebates, Homewise may provide other incentives as part of the home-buying program. These incentives can vary but often include:

1. Competitive Interest rates: Homewise & Credit Unions strive to offer their Members competitive interest rates on mortgage loans. This can result in lower monthly payments and potentially save Members a significant amount of money over the life of the loan.
